As a young manager, I quickly learned that no class teaches you how to be a great manager.
Much of what I’ve learned came from working with some fantastic managers and mentors, and yes, from reading plenty of books on leadership and management.
This got me thinking—why not put together something that could help us all?
So, I created what I call the “31 Essential Laws of Management.”
These aren’t hard and fast rules, but more of a starting point, a guide to help us find our way as managers.
Think of it as a reference point we can come back to, tweak, and build upon as we grow.
